The risk-free guarantee applies if the following development process is followed:

1. The client supplies all source materials.
   
   
2. Any client requested new content (images, video, animation) will be paid for by the client.
   
   
3. During the development process, Lang Learning Systems will exclusively host the program and will not offer a client-hosted version.
   
   
4. Review and revision of e-learning program limited to two rounds.
   
   
5. Maximum development time before a decision to purchase or not is limited to 6 weeks.
